Availability of Goods
Availability information for titles is listed on each individual product. All items are either usually despatched within 1 day, 3-4 days or temporarily unavailable. If Clarity Productions has insufficient stock this will be indicated on the website, at this time we cannot accept pre-orders. In the event items are ordered and Clarity Productions is unable to supply the items, Clarity Productions will inform you by e-mail at the address given in your order form and any sum which may have been credited from your credit card will be re-credited to you within 30 days of the date of your order.
Your undertakings and warranties
You warrant that the information given on your order form is complete and accurate.
Acknowledgement of Order
When you have completed your order you will be sent an e-mail confirming your order. It will state what the products are, the cost (including VAT and P&P) and delivery and invoice details. If your order has been unsuccessful you will be made aware of the reason why and possible explanations.
Payment
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Returns
