"Shelter in Place" world premier at Sheffield Doc/Fest on 5th November 2009

Zed Nelson's recently completed documentary "Shelter in Place" to have its world premier at the Sheffield International Documentary Film Festival on 5th November 2009, where it is nominated for the Green Doc Award.
Filmed and directed by photographer-turned-filmmaker Zed Nelson, and produced by Hannah Patteron, "Shelter in Place" is a compelling portrait of a community living on the fenceline of big industry, touching on issues of civil rights, environmental pollution and their battle against corporate power...
The Sheffield Doc/Fest is the UK's premier event for international documentary, showcasing some of the finest examples of documentary film from across the globe. "Shelter in Place" is nominated for the Green Doc Award and will premier next Thursday 5th November at 19:10 in Showroom 1, and Saturday 7th at 09:10 in the Library Theatre. "Shelter in Place" is showing with Nick Broomfield's "A Time Comes - The Story Of The Kingsnorth Six".
