Documentary “Flowers Don’t Grow Here” was awarded a Special Mention in the OMCT Award category at the International Human Rights Film Festival in Geneva.

Documentary “Flowers Don’t Grow Here” was awarded a Special Mention in the OMCT Award category at the International Human Rights Film Festival in Geneva.

One of only three awards given at the festival, the World Organisation Against Torture (OMCT) Award is given to “filmmaker(s) who highlight a particular situation showing the need to fight for human rights”. First place was awarded to “Year By Year” by Liu Wei (China).
